Bio

Muhammad Anas is a senior undergraduate student at the University of Texas at Arlington, majoring in Computer Science with a developing interest in research. He is currently a participant in the REU program. His research focuses on the growing field of soft robotics to achieve complex yet seamless movements and an increased ability to interact with the environment. The specific focus is on air pressure and sensing with the use of soft materials such as silicone. He aims to learn how research guides societal and technological progression. In his spare time he enjoys watching soccer, hitting the gym, spending time with family and learning about new technology.
